Retreat to the Cycladic Islands

June 29 - July 5, 2026

ANTIPAROS, GREECE

Seven days soaking in healing Cycladic waters surrounded by a landscape that provides the perfect backdrop for self-discovery and connection.

Time slows, creativity flourishes, and body and mind are offered a complete reset here — this retreat is an invitation to rest, play and steep in the abundant nature of summer.

Join us on the magic and serene island of Antiparos this June - July.

We will stay in restored Cycladic homes sitting high on a hill overlooking the Bay of Agios Georgios and the ancient Sanctuary of Apollo of Despotiko – serving as a daily reminder of the connection between humanity and divinity.

Days will be spent exploring beaches, lingering at seaside tavernas, traversing the quiet winding roads to town – with plenty of downtime and the island as your playground.

Daily meditation, movement + breathwork will take place in our shaded outdoor shala, with mornings opening to expansive Aegean views and evenings bathed in soft golden light – where we come together to begin and end our days as a group.

Expect nourishing local cuisine and to forge lifelong connections while sitting around the table. We’ll offer several curated experiences throughout the week such as a boat day and night out in town.

HOSTED BY

KATHARINE STILL

A functional movement specialist with an ever-evolving catalog of modern and ancient tools for self-development and well-being, Katharine blends somatic practices and mindful techniques that allow students to find deeper connection with themselves and their surroundings.

Katharine has dedicated most of her life to the study of movement, which has shaped her reputation for building anatomically intelligent sequences with longevity in mind. Most recently incorporating Taoist theory and Traditional Chinese Medicine principles into her teaching to provide practical ways of weaving practice into every day life.

She believes living intentionally is the hallmark for a joyful, creative and grounded life and encourages others to slow down, tune in and recognize beauty in simplicity.

ROBERTO COWAN

Roberto Wenceslao Cowan is a breathwork facilitator devoted to creating safe, intentional spaces where individuals can open, release, and reconnect with themselves. His approach is rooted in deep presence; listening, observing, and intuitively responding to what arises in the moment, meeting each person exactly where they are.

He believes in the power of community as a catalyst for transformation. Practicing in a shared space allows energy to move more freely, each person both supported by and contributing to the collective experience. In this way, the work becomes something we ignite in one another.

Through guided breathwork, Roberto supports others in navigating their inner landscape with honesty and compassion, trusting in the body’s innate ability to heal. He sees his role as walking alongside others as they move through discomfort, uncover clarity, and return to a more embodied sense of self.

LIZZY WHOLLEY

Lizzy Wholley is a yoga and breathwork facilitator whose classes invite students out of the thinking mind and back into the body and the heart. Her work creates space for connection, release and a deeper sense of self through movement, breath, music and repetition.

Breathwork entered her life unexpectedly shifting her relationship to herself through a direct experience of healing. She now teaches from that place with deep respect for the practice, creating spaces that feel both grounding and expansive.

Lizzy recently spent months in India and Bali deepening her studies of yoga through Iyengar teachings, Ayurveda and her continued work with The Sacred Fig. Her classes weave together pranayama, mantra, kriya, classical postures and breathwork to the beat, guiding students toward a more embodied and connected state.
